Student and Family Engagement Manager
Dulce Salinas joined Brillante Academy in 2021 and currently serves as the Student & Family Engagement Manager and Campus Testing Coordinator.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and brings a strong background in education, youth development, and culturally responsive family outreach.
In her role, Dulce fosters strong partnerships between families and the school, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every student is supported. As Testing Coordinator, she ensures the integrity and efficiency of all campus assessments, with a focus on excellence and student success.
Dulce lives in Mission, Texas, with her husband and baby boy. She enjoys traveling, reading, attending sporting events, and making joyful memories with her family.
